New and current clients may request appointment times here. Physical therapy services are broken down by general, pelvic floor, and perinatal (prenatal and postpartum). New clients are required to schedule an initial evaluation and treatment first before scheduling a follow up session.

Initial Evaluation and Treatment: $150

• Comprehensive evaluation and treatment plan developed specific to your needs and goals. 60-90 mins

Follow Up Visit: $90

• Progression of treatment including exercise prescription, manual therapy, and updating of your home exercise program. 45-60 mins

Treatment Package: 5 visits for $405

• The number of visits needed will vary based on the initial evaluation and your treatment expectations. If we determine that you would benefit from multiple visits to start, you can purchase the package at a discounted rate.

I am not accepting insurance plans at this time. While traditional health insurance can be beneficial, it is often geared toward symptom management and not the resolution of the root cause. Due to insurance restrictions, which include limiting the number of visits, authorization requirements, and other factors, I don't feel that the traditional model will benefit my patients most. However, I am willing to work with you on a payment option that can make my services more accessible to you until the situation changes. 

Payment options include cash, check, Venmo, credit/debit cards, and HSA/FSA. Superbills can be provided upon request to be submitted to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

 I understand that unplanned issues arise and you may need to cancel an appointment. However, I kindly ask that you provide me with at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule.

If you are unable to notify me within the 24-hour window, a cancellation fee of $45 will be charged. This fee increases to $90 for no notice as I would be unable to fill that treatment time. Thank you for understanding!
